You always have a space where you can unload your burdens and rest. Right now, take a deep breath and hold it for four seconds. Exhale slowly, as if through a straw. Wait four seconds before taking another deep breath in, filling your lungs to capacity. Slowly exhale. Repeat this pattern until you feel your body calm.
In every moment of your life, you have the choice to return to your breath. As your nervous system calms, the thinking part of your brain comes back online. You are no longer driven by fear and love can enter your awareness.

Why Do I Forget Who I am?
I have forgotten myself for years, especially when I practiced law. The work was so important to me that I forgot my peace. Everything was about winning - the deposition, the hearing, and of course, the trail. In pursuing being the best, I lost touch with me.
It wasn’t until I had a health crisis that I finally gave up the struggle of trying to figure it out. I gave up being right and I surrendered to God, Divine Love.
Now, looking back, I can see that my ego was in control as I moved in the world. My values were outside (the next car, the next house, etc.) and not my relationship with Divine Love.
I created a knot of struggle I kept pulling, hoping it would release. And I learned a truth I had forgotten:
The energy I spent creating the knot will never untie it.
The knot can only release when I am in a different energy.
What Does This Have to Do With You?
I left my law practice to become a Wealth Coach for women. Women have a different relationship with money than men. And I am here to help you see that the feminine approach to money, wealth, and abundance is your natural process.
You have been told to treat money as a goal, measured by data, and valued as your value. That is masculine in energy and it’s useful, but for women, there is a process that needs to happen before the doing.
